It’s nice to see the vacation rentals being used for short term stays by local residents and people coming on sabbatical. Don’t forget to consider the vacation rental properties for a month to month lease until you find something more permanant.

REOS/FORECLOSURES: For those interested in finding a great deal and finally purchasing your own home, prices are coming down. I’ve seen a dozen property under $399,000 the past couple of months which would all make great starter homes.
